Mr. Vitaly Vasilivetsky is a seasoned professional with over twenty years of experience in software industry.

After earning a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications in 1984 in Moscow (Russia), Vitaly participated in many software projects in various countries around the world, holding positions of Senior Software Developer, Team Leader and Technical Project Manager.

During his stay in Israel in 1990-96, Vitaly worked as Senior Software Engineer for a well-known Israeli telecom giant Tadiran Telecommunications, which later became a part of Alcatel Telecom.

After moving to Canada in 1997, Vitaly held software development positions at Chubb Security Canada, and later at Ring Telecom Inc, where he managed the biggest and the most important software project in the company - the development of a Web-enabled Call Center.

Vitaly has perfect understanding of all phases of software development process. He feels comfortable with just about any computing environment and is an expert in several programming languages. His technical ability coupled with broad international experience and unique people skills make him a true leader that directs the company to success.

Anna Fishkin, Web Development Specialist

Mrs. Anna Fishkin, the company's leading Web development specialist, has over ten years of experience in software development.

Mrs. Fishkin earned a degree in Physics from St. Petersburg State University (Russia) in 1987. Before joining Byteways Solutions in 2003, she held a software development position in Microsoft Corp., and before that - with Nexus Telocator Ltd (Israel), where she specialized in complex Client-Server and multi-tier applications programming, as well as in GUI development.

In 2003, after moving to Canada, Anna took advanced professional courses in Internet development and Web design and started working as an independent contractor.

Anna has expert knowledge in web applications development, especially in the area of front-end GUI design and image processing. Her Flash animation skills invariably leave her customers delighted.
